市域铁路轨道车转向架总体设计与动力学分析

摘要:为了提高铁路建设的效率,提出了市域铁路快速轨道车转向架的总体设计方案,并从动力学角度进行了校验。利用SIMPACK仿真软件计算出所设计的转向架曲线通过时最大脱轨系数为0.61,最大轮重减载率为0.6;蛇行失稳临界速度为275 km/h,车辆垂向平稳性指标为2.015,横向平稳性指标1.906。仿真结构表面,转向架各项性能满足市域铁路快速轨道车的要求,具有较高的工程实用价值。

The Overall Design and Dynamic Analysis of Inter-City Railway Express Rail-Cars’ Bogie

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of railway constructing, the overall design of inter-city railway express rail-cars’ bogie was proposed,and the dynamic characteristics of the bogie was tested. Then, by using SIMPACK, it could be computed that the maximum derailment coefficient is 0.61, and the maximum rate of wheel load reduction is 0.6. The critical speed of hunting is 275 km/h, the vertical ride index is 2.015, and the lateral ride index is 1.906. Through the result, it could be known that the design of bogie can meet the performance requirements of inter-city railway express rail-car, which has a high practical value in engineering.
