扒渣吸尘装置的设计与应用

摘要:研究了尘源至罩口距离、遮挡面对吸尘罩引风量的影响,通过建立数学模型,经理论分析,得出尘源至罩口距离、遮挡面与吸尘罩引风量之间的关系式。此外,还分析了罩口扩张角对速度分布、压力损失产生的影响,最后确定出扩张角的合理取值范围。基于吸尘罩的设计原则,在综合考虑各种因素条件下,设计出一种新型吸尘装置。实践证明,该扒渣吸尘装置不仅消除了扒渣中存在的安全隐患,降低了操作者的劳动强度,而且吸尘效果良好,满足了使用要求,净化了车间环境。

Design and Application of Dust Absorbing Device for Slagging-off

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of distance from dust source to cover and block surface to air output in suction hood is studied. By establishing mathematical model, the relation between distance from dust source to cover , block surface and air output is obtained by theoretical analysis. In addition, the effect of cone angle in cover on velocity distribution and pressure loss is analyzed. Finally, a reasonable range of cone angle is determined. A new-type dust absorbing device is designed based on the design principle of dust hood with consideration of all the factors. It has been proved that the new-type dust absorbing device not only eliminates the hidden danger in slagging-off, reduces the labor intensity of the operator, but also well collects dust, satisfies use requirement, cleans workshop environment.
