内燃机非稳定工况扭振激振力矩试验分析

摘要:针对内燃机轴系扭转振动,对比分析了稳定工况和非稳定工况扭振激振力矩计算方法。使用压力传感器对非稳定工况内燃机气缸压力进行测量,并利用阶次分析法对非稳定工况内燃机激振力矩进行了试验研究,分析了阶次力矩与提速率之间的关系。结果表明,内燃机激振力矩主要成分为1.0和2.0阶,其幅值随转速的升高逐渐减小,其他阶次力矩幅值逐渐增加。阶次分析法能够有效地分析出非稳定工况内燃机激振力矩中的特征分量,避免了传统频谱分析出现的“频率混叠”现象。

Experimental Analysis of Torsional Vibration Torque of Internal Combustion Engine under Unstable Condition

Abstract:In order to analyze the torsional vibration, The methods of calculating the torsional vibration torque of steady-state and unsteady conditions are compared and analyzed. The cylinder pressure of the internal combustion engine is measured by pressure sensor.The experimental analysis of the excitation torque of internal combustion engine under unsteady condition is carried out by using order analysis. The relationship between torque and aceleration is analyzed. The results show that the main components of excitation torque of the internal combustion engine are 1.0 order and 2.0 order, and their amplitudes decrease with increasing speed. The amplitudes of other components of excitation torque increase with increasing speed .The order analysis method can effectively analyze the characteristic components of the excitation torque of the internal combustion engine under unstable condition, and avoid the "frequency ambiguity" phenomenon in the traditional spectrum analysis.
