某核电厂安全壳结构预测分析

摘要:对安全壳混凝土的徐变收缩和预应力钢绞线的应力损失计算方法进行了介绍。结合历史监测数据、抗震温度模拟分析以及数学模型,对安全壳后续服役过程中的结构状态进行预测。根据核电厂抗震设计规范及预应力安全壳设计规范,计算混凝土安全壳包含极限地震动的正常运行作用与极端环境作用以及事故工况下作用的组合效应,判断安全壳的结构状态,对安全壳的延寿以及结构监测工作具有一定的参考意义。

A Nuclear Power Plant Containment Structure Prediction Analysis

Abstract:The article introduces the calculation methods about containment concrete creep and shrinkage stress loss of prestressed steel strand. Combined with the historical monitoring data, seismic temperature simulation analysis and mathematical model, the containment structure state in the follow-up service process is predicted. According to the seismic design of nuclear power plant specification and prestressed containment design specification, concrete containment combination effect containing the normal operation of the limit ground motion effect and extreme environment conditions and accident conditions is calculated, in order to judge the containment structure state. The research has certain reference significance to containment prolong life and structure monitoring work.
