某武器系统车载方舱设计

摘要:车载方舱为武器系统提供了必要的操控和工作空间,是武器装备车载系统的重要组成部分。根据武器系统的设备组成、载荷分布、工作范围及选型车辆特性等条件进行了方舱方案设计,整车方舱采用阶梯式外型,前部操控舱采用温控、降噪、防干扰技术,保证人机工作环境,后武器系统舱室低于前操控舱室,以裸露武器系统观瞄装置满足作战需求。同时,对该设计方案进行了质量参数、行驶安全性、运输性校核,计算结果证明该设计方案合理可行。最后,通过对高、低温条件下操控舱热量来源的分析、计算,分别得出舱内总热负荷和总冷负荷,并以此选择某型军用空调保证舱内工作环境温度。

The Vehicle Cabin Design of a Weapon System

Abstract:The vehicle cabin provide the necessary control and work space vehicle for weapon system, which is an important part of vehicle carrying system. According to weapon system components, load distribution, scope of word and selection of vehicle characteristics and other conditions for the cabin design. The whole vehicle cabin is stepped in shape. The front control cabin adopts temperature control, noise reduction and anti-interference technology, ensuring man-machine working environment. The rear-weapon system compartment is lower than the front control compartment, which meet the operational requirements with the bare weapon system view pointing device. The design of the quality control parameters, driving safety, transportation is checked, the calculation results show that the design scheme is reasonable and feasible. At last, analysis and calculation of heat source of control cabin under high and low temperature conditions, the total heat load and total cold load in the cabin were obtained respectively, and select a type of military air-conditioning to ensure the operating environment temperature.
