登机门装配状态稳定性控制技术研究

摘要:通过介绍登机门静态结构装配、运动机构装配、联合安装调试等生产过程,详细分析了登机门操作时的稳定性、关闭时的密闭性及其与机体结构在气动外形上的一致性对登机门工作状态的稳定性可能产生的影响,并以此为基础,设计了舱门装配状态控制技术方案,通过将该方案应用于某型飞机的研制,采集相关参数并对各项理论参数与实测结果进行对比分析,验证了该方案的可行性和有效性,为行业内其他型号飞机登机门的装配提供可能的技术借鉴。

Abstract:This paper introduced the static structure assembly, motion mechanism assembly and joint installation and commissioning of boarding gate, and analyzed the possible impact of the stability during operation, the closure of the closed and its consistency of the body structure in the aerodynamic shape on the stability of the working state of the boarding gate. A control technology program of assembly state was designed based on the analysis result. The feasibility and effectiveness of the program was verified through the development of a certain type of aircraft. The theoretical parameters and practical parameters comparison results provided experience for subsequent assembly references for other types boarding gate of aircraft.
