渐扩缝隙开启角度对罗茨鼓风机流场的影响

摘要:罗茨鼓风机是一种常见的气体输送机械,内部气体流场情况复杂,但是过大的噪声影响了其使用。为了降低罗茨鼓风机运行时的风噪,利用流体动力学仿真软件,建立了罗茨鼓风机数学模型,对罗茨鼓风机内部流场进行数值仿真,得到鼓风机不同渐扩缝隙开启角度时进出口质量流量变化曲线和内部流场的速度曲线。仿真结果表明,渐扩缝隙开启角度50°时有最大的进出口流量,并且鼓风机内部流场速度变化最小,有利于降噪。

Influence of Gradually Expanding Gap Open Angle on Flow Field in Roots Blower

Abstract:Roots blower is a common gas conveying machinery, and the internal gas flow field is complex, but the excessive noise affects its use. In order to reduce the back-flow impact and noise of roots blower, this paper studied gradually expanding gap open angle effect on internal flow field in roots blower. The model of roots blower was established. The internal flow field in roots blower with different gradually expanding gap open angle was simulated using fluid simulation software Fluent. The mass flow curve and velocity field, a are obtained of roots blower. The simulation results show the maximum inlet and outlet mass flow at 50° gradually expanding gap opening angle. The flow velocity fluctuation of the blower is the smallest, and good for noise reduction.
