某MPV车型地板膈脚整改

摘要：介绍了某车型地毯膈脚的整改。为避免乘客踩踏地板时出现膈脚的感觉，分别排查实物及设计，最终确认导致此问题的原因是设计，因此由设计源头入手，参考成熟车型及标杆，制定整改方案并实施验证（背面加毛毡），提高了低配车型后地板踩踏舒适性，解决膈脚问题的同时提升了产品市场竞争力。

Rectification of Trample Uncomfortable in MPV Model

Abstract：This article describes carpet rectification of trample uncomfortable in MPV model. In order to avoid trample uncomfortable when the passengers pedal the floor, investigating the physical and design respectively, finally the design is confirmed as the cause of this problem, start by the design, formulated rectification plan and verified refering mature models and benchmarks. Then, tread comfort was improved, at the same time product market competitiveness was enhanced.
