用于隧道病害治理的高空作业平台设计

摘要:介绍了高空作业平台在整个系统中的重要作用及需求分析,利用ANSYS对高空作业平台三维模型在四种不同角度下进行了疲劳应力分析和模态分析。利用AMEsim对静液压调平机构调平油路进行了建模仿真,最终选取双向平衡阀回路保证高空作业平台在动作过程中的平稳性。针对高空作业平台使用环境对平台动作限界进行设计计算,通过软件对其动作限界进行实现,并且对调平机构铰点优化的结果进行了实验验证。

The Design of Aerial Work Platform Used in the Tunnel Disease Management

Abstract:The demand and the importance ofthe aerial work platform in the whole system is introduced. By finite element analysis software—ANSYS, the fatigue stress analysis and modal analysis about three- dimensional model of the aerial work platform at four different angles are given. The leveling mechanism model of the aerial work platform is established based on AMEsim. The duplex balancing valve loop is finally selected to ensure the smooth operation of the process. Through the optimization of the design about hinge point of the leveling oil cylinder, it is able to maintain the levelness of the basic basket as much as possible in the arm luffing process. Considering the operating environment of the aerial work platform, platform action limit is calculated and realized in software. The effectiveness of optimized results for the hinge point is verifiedby experiments.
