预置装夹方法对高速列车地板焊接变形及残余应力影响的数值模拟

摘要:高速列车地板结构虽不是主要的承载部件,但对焊接变形要求很高,夹具压头装夹位置对焊接变形可能存在不同影响。利用非线性有限元方法对不同压头位置下地板结构的焊接变形进行模拟,使用随温度变化的材料特性参量,采用移动双椭球热源模型进行计算,结果表明压头作用在各型材的中间部位,并且保持焊接及其焊后冷却过程中型材与工作台的贴合状态较好时,产生的焊接变形较小。

The Numerical Simulation on the Influence of Clamping to High-Speed Train Floor Welding Deformation and Residual Stress

Abstract:Although the floor of high-speed train is not main load bearing component, welding deformation is demanding. The position of clamping played a different role in welding deformation of floor. The numerical simulation was carried out by the way of non-linear finite element. Temperature dependent property parameters of material and moving double ellipsoid heat source model were used in the simulation. The results showed that the welding deformation was smaller, when the clamping position located in the middle of floor profiles and the space between profiles and worktable was closed up in welding and after-welding cooling.
