基于复特征值方法的矿用鼓式制动器制动稳定性分析研究

摘要:基于复特征值方法,运用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立矿用鼓式制动器的有限元模型,对其制动稳定性进行相关研究。结果发现:复特征值方法是一个准静态过程,可以得到制动系统的不稳定模态、频率及可能发生的概率大小;随着摩擦系数的增大,制动系统的不稳定状态越来越多。系统的几个模态会出现耦合现象,这是导致制动系统不稳定的根本原因;随着弹性模量的增加,制动系统的不稳定模态最高频率也在增加,制动系统发生不稳定的概率越来越低。

Stability Analysis of Braking Process for Mining Drum Brake System Based on Complex Eigenvalue Method

Abstract:A FEA model of drum brake system for mining is put forward by FEA software ABAQUS based on complex eigenvalue method. Results shows that, Complex eigenvale method is a quasi-static state, unstable modal, frequency and probability of leading to unstability can be get by the method; With the increase of friction coefficient, number of unstable state of braking system is bigger. Coupling phenomenon can appear by some modal, which is the key reason leading to the unstability of braking system; With the increase of modulus of elasticity, the maximum frequency of stable state of braking system is increased, which means the probability of leading to unstability is lower.
