新型地面防喷器控制装置的应用研究

摘要：介绍了DQ型地面防喷器控制装置的主要功能：遥控操作、电泵控制、防喷器状态、辅助功能。通过与Q型比较，研究了DQ型的特点：控制链长，各功能集成、关联；电泵自动控制更简单、准确，功能更多；防喷器状态显示更加直观；功能更多，并且利用程序，易于功能扩展，使控制更加完美。指出可以改进“操作记忆”功能，分析了DQ型的故障主要是元件故障，并提出了解决措施。

Abstract：This article introduces the main functions of DQ BOP control: remote operation, electric pump control, BOP indication, auxiliary function. Compared with Q type, DQ type has some traits: long control chain; simple and correct pump control; visual BOP indication; more functions and extension. Point out the function of “operating memory” can be modified, analyses the main part faults and afford resolvents.
