并联臂3D打印机打印空间的研究及改进

摘要:分析了并联臂3D打印机的直臂长、基杆长、连杆长和打印空间的关系,并得出在直臂长和基杆长一定的情况下,如何确定连杆长度以获得最大的打印空间。在不改变直臂长和基杆长前提下改进并联臂3D打印机的结构优化打印空间,最后分析得出改进后的结构可以达到目的。

Research and Improvement of Printing Space of 3D Printer in Parallel Manipulator

Abstract:The relationship between the length of the straight arm, the length of the base rod, the length of the connecting rod and the print space of the 3D printer is analyzed, and we find a solution to determine the length of the connecting rod to obtain the largest printing space is obtained under the condition of the long straight arm and the base pole. In order to improve the structure of 3D printer of parallel manipulator without changing the length of straight arm and the length of base rod, the improved structure can be achieved.
