基于ANSYS Icepak的制冷型红外探测器散热结构优化设计

摘要:针对制冷型红外探测器制冷机工作时压缩机对温升的要求,设计一种用于压缩机的散热结构。采用有限元分析法,利用ANSYS Icepak对散热结构进行了热分析建模,同时得到了压缩机在稳定工作状态时的温度分布和气体流场分布,根据热仿真结果结合温升要求对散热结构进行了优化,设计了一种风道形式的散热结构,分析结果表明,在相同的边界条件下风道结构有更好的散热效果,能够更有效地控制压缩机的温升。

Structural Optimization for Heat Dissipation of Cooled Infrared Detector Based on ANSYS Icepak

Abstract:According to the temperature rise demand of the compressor of the cooled infrared detector, a heat dissipation structure is designed to control the temperature rise of the compressor. Using the finite element method, the thermal analysis model is established, the stable temperature distribution and the stable air flow distribution are obtained via the software of ANSYS Icepak. Based on the simulation results of the heat dissipation structure and the demand of temperature rise, the structure is optimized, designing a tunnel structure. Based on the simulation results of different heat dissipation structures, the tunnel structure is better than the other, which can control the temperature rise of the compressor more efficiently.
