椭圆齿轮式燃料比例控制器比例精度研究

摘要：为满足某动力系统椭圆齿轮式燃料比例控制器比例精度的要求，通过对椭圆齿轮式燃料比例控制器各泄漏量影响因素进行分析，提出对比例中值优化的思想，得到比例控制器精度分析及比例调节的方法，最终运用该方法设计加工出样件，通过试验验证样件各路配比精度高，能够满足比例精度的要求。

Abstract：In order to meet the power system of elliptic gear type fuel ratio controller with proportional precision, through the analysis of the leakage effect on elliptic gear type fuel ratio controller factors, put forward to the median ratio optimization theory, method analysis and proportional controller accuracy ratio adjustment, the ultimate use of the prototype design and processing of the method, through the test sample the proportion of high precision, can meet the precision ratio requirements.
