汽车内饰面料的设计与应用

摘要：作为汽车生活空间中最直接的视觉中心，汽车内饰面料越来越多的消费者重视，内饰中面料的使用比重越来越大。不同样式、材质、工艺的面料用在内饰不同的位置，大面积的包覆增加内饰的视觉与触觉，对内饰整体的感官质量也明显的提升。介绍了汽车内饰面料设计流程，然后结合实际项目具体介绍了汽车内饰面料设计流程中市场调研、内饰面料设计、方案验证以及标准板制作管理工作，为汽车内饰面料设计建立规范性的流程。

Design and Application of Automobile Interior Fabric

Abstract：The shell fabrics, as the direct visual center of automobiles inner space, employed should be emphasized by designers. what is more, the diverse textures and types as well as their proportion should be distinguished in adoption to manufacture. What should be mentioned is that cladding in large area could integrally improve the quality of inner space from vision and touch. This article first introduces the design process of the fabric of automobile interior. Then, combined with the actual project, the market research, interior fabric design, interior fabric validation and fabric standard template production management are introduced in detail, and setting up a standardized process for the design of automobile interior fabric.
