表皮真空成型性能研究

摘要:真空覆合表皮是广泛应用的汽车内饰表皮成型工艺。为了在设计过程中避免皮纹变浅,厚度减薄等工艺问题,需要研究表皮拉伸参数以进行表皮真空成型工艺仿真。由于直接准确测量表皮拉伸参数较困难,为此利用一种简单的顶出试验,并结合六西格玛优化方法提出了一种准确提取表皮参数的方法。这种材料参数的获取方法是利用表皮顶出试验与仿真比对的方式,并利用六西格玛工具搜索最优材料参数组合,即表皮的材料参数。比较了样件表皮实测厚度和工艺仿真的表皮厚度,比对结果证明了该表皮参数提取方法的可行性。

A Study on Skin Performance in Vacuum Forming Process

Abstract:Vacuum forming skin is a widely used automotive interior skin forming process. To avoid grain wear and thickness reduction, a study of skin performance is conducted to obtain a good vacuum forming simulation. Considering the difficulty of directly obtaining accurate skin parameters, a simple skin push-out test as well as 6 Sigma optimization method is used to extract skin parameters accurately. Skin push-out test is used to correlate simulation so as to search the optimized combination of material parameters with 6 Sigma tools, namely the skin parameters. Simulated skin thickness is compared to the thickness of sample skin, and the good correlation proves that the extraction method of skin parameters is feasible.
