聚丙烯挤压造粒机剖分式干式机械密封研究

摘要：聚丙烯挤压造粒机的轴端密封采用干式机械密封替代传统浮环密封，避免了浮环密封磨损螺杆轴的显著缺点，实现长周期平稳运行、且密封性能可靠。研制出一种特殊的耐干运转摩擦副，并通过对密封结构和参数进行优化设计使摩擦副耐磨性能优异且密封补偿调节方便、散热平衡，该干式机械密封的设计为剖分式。该新型剖分式干式机械密封已成功应用于国内多家石化企业挤压造粒机上。

The Study on the Split Dry Mechanical Seal for Polypropylene Squeezing Granulator

Abstract：Using the dry type mechanical seal to replace the traditional floating ring seal on the face seal of polypropylene squeezing granulator, great achievements have been made in these respects, avoid the floating ring seal wear seriously, realize the screw shaft running smoothly for a long period of time, and have reliable sealing performance. In order to improve the resistance ability, a special material for dry running friction pair have been developed. Through the optimization of seals structure design and parameters, it is realized that the friction pair compensation adjustment is convenient, excellent wear resistance and seal heat balance have been achieved. The structure of dry mechanical seal in this design is split. The new type of split dry mechanical seal is successfully applied to the extrusion granulator for many petrochemical enterprises in China.
