车载天线安装平板的结构强度分析及拓扑优化

摘要:利用流体仿真软件计算天线表面所受风载荷,再将风载荷耦合在天线结构模型上,完成天线的结构强度分析。仿真结果表明天线安装平板强度富余量非常大,可合理优化安装平板结构,以改善安装平板的强度重量比。仿真计算安装平板优化前后的应力、变形、应变及重量,对比分析表明优化后的结构,重量减少68.3%,强度几乎没有变化,满足安装平板的使用要求。

The Structural Strength Analysis and Topology Optimization of Vehicular Antenna Mounting Plate

Abstract:The wind load on the antenna surface is calculated by using fluid simulation software, and the wind load is coupled to the antenna structure model to complete the structural strength analysis of the antenna. The simulation results show that the strength allowance of the antenna mounting plate is very large. The plate structure can be rationally optimized to improve the weight intensity ratio. The stress, deformation, strain and weight of the mounting plate and optimized mounting plate are calculated respectively. The comparative analysis shows that the weight of optimized structure is reduced by 68.3%, and the strength is almost unchanged. The optimized structure meets the requirements of the mounting plate.
