基于ABAQUS的导电滑环的单丝静态接触力学特性分析

摘要:以单丝电刷和导电滑环的接触为研究对象,将单丝电刷和导电环的接触抽象为两圆柱体垂直接触的几何模型,结合赫兹椭圆产生式,推导出两圆柱体垂直接触的解析公式,并通过有限元软件ABAQUS模拟仿真分析单丝电刷和导电环垂直接触的状态,将有限元解与理论解进行对比。结果表明,刷丝和导电滑环垂直接触的解析公式与两球体赫兹接触的表达式相似,区别在于多了一个修正系数,该系数与两圆柱体的半径比值有关,当网格尺寸小于接触面椭圆短半轴的50%时,接触应力的有限元分析结果最佳,同时,有限元分析结果有效验证了导电滑环单丝静态接触解析公式的正确性。

Single-Brush Static Contact Mechanical Characteristics Analysis of Slip-Ring Based on ABAQUS

Abstract:The contact of single brush and slip-ring is abstracted to form a geometric model of two vertically contacting cylinders. Combined with the Hertz elliptic generation, an analytic formula is acquired. Through the finite element software ABAQUS, the simulation analysis of single brush and slip-ring vertical contact is carried out, and the solutions of the finite element are compared with the theoretical solutions. The results show that the analytic formula of brush and slip ring vertical contact is similar to the expression formula of two-ball Hertz contact. The difference is that expression formula of brush and slip ring vertical contact has a correction coefficient. The coefficient is related with the radius ratio of the two cylinders. When the grid size is 50% smaller than the elliptic short half axis of contact surface, the best result of the finite element analysis of the contact stress will be obtained. At the same time, the finite element analysis results effectively verify the correctness of the single brush and slip-ring static contact analytic formula.
