五轴机床自动倾斜面加工后处理算法研究

摘要:特征坐标系LCS用于指令和启动五轴机床的倾斜面加工功能,其Z轴定义为倾斜面的法向,是加工过程中刀具相对于工件的定向方向;LCS是工作坐标系WCS的局部子坐标系,一经建立直至取消一直有效,LCS建立后程序中的指令位置相对于LCS给出。CAM软件编制零件倾斜面上轮廓要素加工程序的前置处理过程中刀位轨迹与刀轴矢量相对于WCS给出,启用倾斜面加工功能后需要根据LCS在WCS中的静态位置和姿态求解出动态建立LCS的平移量与旋转欧拉角,然后再将刀位轨迹坐标变换到LCS,生成满足零件要求的数控加工程序。研究了LCS在WCS中的姿态矩阵与方位欧拉角之间的换算关系,设计了倾斜面加工后处理算法,开发了自动倾斜面加工后处理程序,并成功应用于生产实际。

Research on Post-Processing Algorithm for Automatic Tilted Work Planes of 5-Axis Machine

Abstract:The Local Coordinate System(LCS) is used to create the tilted work planes of the 5-axis machine. The Z axis of LCS is defined as the normal of the tilted work plane, which is the orientation of the tool relative to the work piece in the machining process.The LCS is a sub-coordinate system of the working coordinate system(WCS), which, once created, will be valid until to be cancelled. If the LCS is established, the tool position in the program will be given relative to the LCS. The tool path and tool axis are given relative to the WCS in the pre-processing of the contour on the tilted work planes of a part by CAM software. When the Tilted Work Planes function is enabled, the translation and rotation Euler angles of the dynamically LCS must be calculated according to the static position and attitude of the LCS in the WCS, and then the tool position are transformed to LCS.  Consequently, the NC program are created automatically. This paper studies the relationship between the static attitude matrix and dynamic Euler angle, designs the post-processing algorithm of the Tilted Work Planes, develops the post-processing software of the Tilted Work Planes, and successfully applies it to production.
