高钠煤沾污判别指数分辨率研究及优化

摘要:汇总了常用煤的若干沾污判别指标,并将这些判别指标与多种煤的沾污测试结果做拟合比较,拟合优度R2表明,单一成分(Na2O)判别指标分辨率较低,综合沾污指数B/A•Na2O分辨率最高;本研究利用固定床测试了钠的释放率,优了化判别公式,提出以B/A•(Na2O+0.66 K2O)•Ψ判断高钠煤的沾污特性,提高了判别准确度。

Research and Optimization on the Resolution index for Judging Contamination Characteristic of High Sodium and Potassium Coal

Abstract:This paper summarizes fouling judging indexes of some commonly used coal and tests the fouling of several coal based on the pulverized coal combustion test platform and the results are compared with multiple fouling judging indexes. The coefficient of determination R2 showed that the single component Na2O discriminant index had the lower resolution and the comprehensive fouling index B/A•Na2O had the highest resolution. In this study, the release rate of sodium was measured by fixed bed, and the discriminant formula was optimized. The B/A•(Na2O+0.66 K2O)•Ψ was used to judge the fouling property of high sodium coal, and the discriminant accuracy was improved.
