600 MW燃煤锅炉主蒸汽温度控制系统研究

摘要:通过研究分析600 MW燃煤锅炉结构特性、汽水循环、锅炉结构等性能参数对主蒸汽温度控制系统的影响,为了得到一种对主蒸汽温度控制比较准确和稳定的方法设计了一种基于ANFIS-PID的控制系统,该系统具有自动检测、处理和执行能力,能够有效的降低主蒸汽温度运行时控制的不稳定性。通过采集数据在Matlab/Simulink中仿真,观察控制信号的变化曲线,通过不同控制方法的仿真曲线做对比分析,从而验证基于ANFIS-PID的控制系统对主蒸汽温度控制效果的可行性。

Abstract:Through the study and analysis of the influence of the structural characteristics of 600MW coal-fired boiler, steam water cycle, boiler structure and other performance parameters on the main steam temperature control system, In order to obtain a kind of ANFIS-PID based control system, which is more accurate and stable for the control of the main steam temperature, the system has automatic detection, processing and execution. It can effectively reduce the instability of main steam temperature operation. Through the acquisition of data in the Matlab/Simulink simulation, observe the change curve of the control signal, through the simulation curve of different control methods to do comparison and analysis, thus verify the feasibility of controlling the main steam temperature control system based on the control system based on ANFIS-PID.
