汽车车门玻璃升降系统性能耐久试验机构设计

摘要:为解决A车门玻璃升降系统各项性能参数检测困难的问题,依据汽车行业国标规定的检测方法及参数判定标准,结合前期对玻璃升降系统性能耐久试验机构安装调试经验,提出各项性能参数的具体检测方案,依据该方案完成各试验检测机构的三维模型,设计出了能够方便快捷的检测手动及电驱动的玻璃升降系统性能及耐久性试验机构,提高了检测效率及准确性。

Design of Performance & Durability Test Mechanism for Car Door Glass Lifting System

Abstract:It is difficult to detect the performance parameters of automobile door glass lifting system.In order to solve the problem, a specific detection scheme of various performance parameters is proposed.The detection scheme is based on the parameter detection method of automobile industry GB standards, combined with the previous system test on the durability of glass lifting mechanismand experiencein installation and commissioning.Based on 3D model of each detection mechanismmade according tothe scheme,the performance and durability test mechanism is designed to quickly detect manual and electric glass lifting system, which consequently improve the detection efficiency and accuracy.
