一种基于丝网印刷法的TiO2胶体涂抹装置的研制

摘要:在实验室制备TiO2薄膜的过程中,TiO2胶体的涂抹为手工操作,操作人员需要经过大量的涂抹练习后才能制得基本达到膜成型精度要求的薄膜,费时费力。基于此,设计了TiO2胶体涂抹装置,适应于溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2薄膜的实验方法。装置不但结构紧凑,体积较小,而且质量轻、噪音低、耗能少,具备单角度、往复、间歇涂抹的功能。通过SolidWorks三维建模得到完整的机构设计,经Simulation插件及Matlab等工程软件分析,验证了其机构设计的合理性与实用性,实现预期设计目标。

The Development of a TiO2 Colloid Coating Device Based on Screen Printing

Abstract:In the process of preparing TiO2 films in the laboratory, the application of TiO2 colloid is manual operation. After a lot of daub application practice, operators can make films that basically meet the requirements of film forming accuracy, which is time-consuming and laborious. Based on this, the TiO2 colloid coating device was designed to adapt to the preparation of the TiO2 film by the sol-gel method. The device is not only compact in structure, small in volume, but also light in quality, low in noise and less energy consumption. It has the function of single angle, reciprocating and intermittent smearing. Through SolidWorks 3D modeling, the complete mechanism design was got. Through the analysis of Simulation plug-in and Matlab and other engineering software, the rationality and practicability of the mechanism design was verified, and achieve the expected design goals.
