乙苯塔顶泵故障分析和措施探讨

摘要：镇利化学65万吨/年乙苯装置的顶泵回流泵选用了型号为CME150-500A的磁力泵。投产后磁力泵频繁跳车，严重影响了正常生产。经分析认为轴向力不平衡，导致滑动轴承磨损是失效的主要原因。通过采用减少叶轮直径和增大泵盖口环等措施，解决了轴向力不平衡问题。

Failure Analysis and Measures for the Top Pump of Ethylbenzene Tower

Abstract：The top pump reflux pump of the 650 thousand tons / year's ethylbenzene unit of the town of Zhen Li selected a magnetic pump with a model of CME150-500A. The frequent jumping of magnetic pump after production has seriously affected the normal production. It is believed that the unbalance of the axial force leads to the wear of the sliding bearing is the main reason for failure. The problem of unbalance of axial force is solved by means of reducing the diameter of the impeller and increasing the ring of the pump's cover.
