数控机床零点定位模块化夹具管理系统研究

摘要：基于数控机床快速换装的需求，使用模块化设计方法研发了一套零点定位模块化夹具系统，为进一步推广应用，基于ASP.NET开发框架和数据库管理软件完成了零点定位模块化夹具管理系统的开发，使其可以实现夹具元器件的出入库管理、采购计划管理、客户管理以及订单管理等。主要的研究工作包括夹具管理系统基本框架的搭建、主要功能模块的设计及基础数据库系统的设计。通过搭建企业级的零点定位模块化夹具管理系统，实现夹具生产企业的信息化转型升级。

Research on Modular Fixture Management System of Zero Positioning for CNC Machine Tool

Abstract：Based on the demand of rapid replacement of CNC machine tools, a modular fixture system of zero positioning is developed by using modular design method. In order to further popularize and apply, the modular fixture management system of zero point positioning is completed based on the ASP.NET development framework and the database management software. The development of the device enables it to realize the storage and management of fixture components, purchase plan management, customer management and order management. The main research work includes the establishment of the basic framework of the fixture management system, the design of the main functional modules and the design of the basic database system. By setting up the enterprise modular fixture management system of zero point positioning, the transformation and upgrading of the jig production enterprises are realized.
