地铁塞拉门系统可靠性分析及应对措施

摘要:采用故障树分析法与故障概率计算相结合的方法对塞拉门系统进行可靠性分析,发现某地铁车门系统的薄弱点为司机室侧门、车门控制单元、电气元件,通过采取一系列改进措施,车门系统三个部件的高故障率得到有效控制。同时,利用可靠性分析模型评估车辆大修对车门系统可靠性的影响,对大修后的车门系统部分部件故障不降反增的现象进行了分析,提出了车门大修的优化意见。

Reliability Analysis and Responses of Metro Vehicles' Sliding Plug Door

Abstract:This paper combines both FTA and failure probability together, in order to analyze the failure of metro vehicles' sliding plug door. “Side door of driver's room”, “EDCU” and “electrical unit” are the weaknesses of some metro vehicles' door system, which by taking a series of improvement measures can be effectively controlled. At the same time, reliability analysis model is used to evaluate the influence of vehicle overhaul on the reliability of the door system. Increasing in the failure of some parts of the door system after vehicle overhaul has been analyzed, the optimization opinion of the door system overhaul is put forward.
