变位斜齿轮静力学分析和修形研究

摘要:针对斜齿轮啮合更替过程受到载荷突变影响,引起齿面疲劳点蚀和冲击的问题,对斜齿轮静力学接触和修形进行了分析研究。首先利用Pro/E建立了三维实体模型,并基于重合度公式验证齿轮啮合的准确性,得到了斜齿轮啮合的变化规律;其次应用ANSYS Workbench静力学分析模块建立了斜齿轮的有限元模型,得到了斜齿轮啮入啮出时的应力分布图;最后采用圆弧修形的方法,得到了修形前后的应力结果。研究结果表明,在满足接触强度的条件下,较少的修形量可以达到修形的要求,可为斜齿轮瞬态动力学分析提供依据。

Statics Analysis and Modification Research of Profile Modified Helical Gears

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the problem of the helical gear meshing affected by transilience loads which lead to gear surface fatigue pitting and shock. The research on statics contact of gear and modification were carried out. The 3D solid model was built by Pro/E. The accuracy of gear meshing was verified based on contact ratio formula, and the variation of helical gear meshing were obtained. By using ANSYS Workbench static analysis, the finite element model of helical gears is established, and the stress distribution diagram of helical gears meshing is obtained. Finally, the results of stress before and after the modification were obtained based on the arc modification method. The results indicate that under the condition of reasonable contact strength, the less modification quantity can meet the requirement, which provides the effective basis for helical gear dynamics analysis.
