数控机床零点定位模块化夹具系统参数化设计

摘要：在统一工艺基准的前提下设计了一套零点定位模块化夹具系统，使其可以快速地完成工件的精确定位与夹紧。针对零点定位模块化夹具系统在生产实际的应用情况，基于NX软件二次开发的基本原理完成了夹具系统关键零部件的参数化建模，主要的研究工作包括：对话框的设计、应用程序的编写以及菜单脚本文件的编写。通过对零点定位模块化夹具系统的参数化设计研究，使夹具系统可根据生产实际的基本情况迅速地调整和装配，大幅提高数控机床的工作效率，同时为产品的自动化生产奠定了基础。

Parametric Design of Modular Fixture System of Zero Point Positioning for CNC Machine Tool

Abstract：Based on the premise of unified process datum, a set of modular fixture system of zero point positioning is designed so that it can quickly complete the precise positioning and clamping of the workpiece. In view of the practical application of the modular fixture system of zero point positioning, the parameterized modeling of key parts of the fixture system is completed based on the basic principle of the secondary development of NX software. The main research work includes: the design of the dialog box, the writing of the application program and the writing of the script file of the menu. Through the research on the parameterized design of the modular fixture system of zero point positioning, the fixture system can be adjusted and assembled quickly according to the basic conditions of production, greatly improving the working efficiency of CNC machine tools and laying a foundation for the automatic production of the products.
