普通旅客列车电空制动系统建模及仿真分析

摘要:在列车编组运行中,F8型空气制动机的作用指令受制动波速的影响较大,首尾列车制动的一致性较差。在F8型空气制动机上加装电空阀箱,用电信号代替空气信号传递制动指令以加快其传输速度,优化其制动性能。通过建立F8型空气制动机和电空制动机模型,对二者进行单车及编组列车制动系统动在常用全制动、常用制动后缓解以及紧急制动工况下的仿真分析并与试验数据进行对比。仿真结果表明,装配电空制动机可很好地优化列车制动的一致性问题,适合长编组列车的运用。

Modeling and Simulation Research on Electro-Pneumatic Braking System of Accommodation Train

Abstract:In train marshalling operation, F8 air brake’s functioning is greatly affected by the braking wave speed, resulting in the asynchronism braking of the first and last vehicles. The electro-pneumatic valve box, installed on the F8 air brake, can speed up the transmission of braking command along the train by replacing air signal with electrical signal to optimize the braking performance. Based on the modeling of the F8 air brake and the electro-pneumatic brake, a simulation was run under the working condition of service full braking, release after service braking and emergency braking. The simulation of the brake system of a single vehicle and of a marshalling train was carried out, and the experimental data was analyzed and compared. The simulation results show that electro-pneumatic brakes optimize the consistency of train braking. It is suitable for the operation of long marshalling trains.
