基于热仿真分析的嵌入式工控机造型优化与研究

摘要:随着自动化控制技术的愈发成熟,各行业对工控机的要求不仅体现在散热功能指标上,工控机的造型设计也越来越受重视。针对嵌入式工控机进行的研究分为两部分:其一,分析嵌入式工控机的几种典型造型特征,设计提取了四种散热器造型方案,基于FLOTHERM平台,对具有不同造型特征的四种嵌入式工控机散热器,进行有针对性的热仿真计算,记录仿真数据并进行对比分析;其二,基于美学法则和感性工学研究成果,用问卷调研的方式,采集相关职业对四种嵌入式工控机造型的评价数据并分析趋势。其后进行综合讨论,为嵌入式工控机设计人员提出功能更合理且造型更有市场的设计规律和建议。最后总结并指出了研究存在的限制。

Investigation on Profile Optimization of Embedded Industrial PC Based on Thermal-Flow Simulation

Abstract:With the rapid development of automation control technology, the requirement for Industrial PC (IPC) is increasing. The engineering community focuses not only on the reliability, but also on the modeling design. This research is based on embedded industrial computer, and is divided into two parts: First, modelling features of several typical embedded IPCs are analyzed, and four radiator modelling schemes are designed and extracted. Based on the FloTherm, thermal-flow models of the four typical embedded industrial PCs are established and calculated. Then, we record and analyze simulation data to conduct an exterior profile optimization with good thermal performance. Second, based on aesthetic principles and Kansei Engineering, we collect user evaluation data about those four embedded IPCs from several related occupations through the way of questionnaire investigation, and analyze the aesthetic tendency of embedded IPC. Afterwards, general rules and suggestions for marketable appearance design of embedded IPCs with suitable thermal performance are presented. Finally, the limitations of the research are summarized.
