基于Flow Simulation的人工机械多叶瓣膜优化与分析

摘要:三叶瓣作为标准的中心血流型瓣膜,流体性能优良,却未见广泛应用于临床。从传统的双叶瓣出发,通过使用Solidworks中的Flow Simulation对双叶瓣与三叶瓣进行血液流态分析,设置不同的入口流量以模拟瓣膜在不同心输出环境下的工作状态。通过比较双叶瓣膜与三叶瓣膜两者跨瓣压差以及速度分布等性能参数,结果表明三叶瓣流体性能更优良且血液流动更稳定。并以此结论为基础,设计了一种新的三叶瓣结构,测试结果表明新型三叶瓣膜的性能更加优良,速度分布更均匀。可见三叶瓣膜十分具有发展潜力。

Abstract:Trileaflet heart valve is a standard central blood flow valve with good fluid performances, but it is not widely applied in clinical practice. The blood flows of the traditional bileaflet valve and the trileaflet valve are analyzed based on the Flow Simulation of the SolidWorks. The working conditions of the valve under different output environments are simulated by setting different inlet flow rates. By comparing the cross-valve pressure difference and velocity distribution of the bileaflet valve and the trileaflet valve, the results show that the trileaflet has better flow performance and more stable blood flow. Based on this finding, a new structure of the trileaflet valve is designed. The test shows that the new trileaflet valve has better performances and more uniform velocity distribution. It shows that trileaflet has great potential for development.
