基于Web的疲劳寿命分析网络平台的研发

摘要:工程应用中零件的疲劳裂纹扩展寿命的预测是一项重要而又困难的工作。为了准确的预测零件的疲劳裂纹扩展寿命,解决计算模型复杂、计算工作量大、效率低的问题,结合损伤容限分析理论、计数法和计算网络的知识,建立了基于B/S结构的疲劳寿命分析平台。利用Java语言编写计算模型的算法,使用PostgreSQL数据库存储计算的材料参数、疲劳参数、几何参数,利用JSP技术实现用户与平台的人机交互。结果表明:本平台可以高效准确的计算零件的疲劳裂纹扩展寿命,最后通过标准紧凑拉伸试样的疲劳裂纹扩展试验验证了平台的高效性及准确性。

Development of Fatigue Life Analysis Network Platform Based on the Web

Abstract:The prediction of fatigue crack growth life is an important and difficult task in engineering application. In order to predict the fatigue crack growth life of components accurately, solve the problem of complicated model, large computational workload and low efficiency et al., a fatigue crack propagation life analysis platform based on B/S structure which using the damage tolerance analysis theory, counting method and computational network knowledge was established. The algorithm of computing model is written in Java language. The PostgreSQL database is used to store the calculated material parameters, fatigue parameters and geometric parameters. The JSP technology is used to realize the human-computer interaction between the user and the platform. The results show that the platform can calculate the fatigue extended life of parts and components efficiently and accurately. Finally, the efficiency and accuracy of the platform was verified by the fatigue crack propagation test using standard CT specimens.
