基于ANSYS Workbench的高速旋转轴天平动态校准装置的模态与谐响应分析

摘要:通过SolidWorks三维软件建立高速旋转轴天平动态校准装置(以下简称动态校准装置)的三维模型,运用ANSYS Workbench对动态校准装置模型进行模态分析与谐响应分析,得到了该校准装置前六阶模态的固有频率和振型,以及在不同载荷组合情况下,校准装置在X、Y和Z三个方向上的最大振幅及其对应的频率。基于上述的分析计算结果,验证了动态校准装置满足设计要求的可行性;同时,分析了在不同载荷组合条件下,该校准装置的变形规律,为后续动态校准装置的结构设计与其重要零部件结构优化提供了参考依据。

Modal Analysis and Harmonic Response Analysis of the Dynamic Calibration Device of the High-Speed Rotary Shaft Based on ANSYS Workbench

Abstract:In this paper, SolidWorks software is applied to establish the 3D simulation of the dynamic calibration device of the high-speed rotary shaft, and the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis was carried out based on ANSYS Workbench. The natural frequency of the first to sixth modes and the mode of vibration of the calibration device as well as the maximum amplitude and the frequency in the X, Y and Z directions under the load was obtained. The result verifies the feasibility of the dynamic calibration device to meet the design requirements. The deformation law of the calibration device under different load groups are analyzed, which provides a reference for the structural design of the dynamic calibration device and the optimization of the important parts in the future.
