摩托车排气系统疲劳寿命研究

摘要:疲劳破坏是导致摩托车发生结构破坏事故的主要原因之一,疲劳寿命是评价摩托车零部件质量的一个重要指标。以某摩托车排气系统为研究对象,通过摩托车实车振动试验获得排气系统支架上相应位置加速度信号,并基于实物模型获得其结构和性能参数。建立摩托车排气系统三维模型;对排气系统应力分布进行分析;最后运用Miner线性疲劳累积损伤理论对排气系统进行疲劳分析。通过耐久性试验验证疲劳分析结果,并对结构加以优化使排气系统疲劳寿命满足设计要求。

Fatigue Life Analysis for Motorcycle Exhaust System

Abstract:Fatigue failure is one of the main causes of motorcycle accidents caused by structural damage. Fatigue life is one of the important factors for the assessment of motorcycle product quality. Taking the exhaust system of a motorcycle as the research object, the acceleration signal of the corresponding position on the exhaust system bracket was obtained through the vibration test of the motorcycle, and the structure and performance parameters were obtained based on the physical model. Three-dimensional model of motorcycle exhaust system is established, and the stress distribution of the exhaust system is analyzed. Finally, the Miner linear cumulative fatigue damage theory is used to analyze the exhaust system. The results of fatigue analysis are verified by durability test, and the structure is optimized so that the fatigue life of exhaust system meets the design requirements.
