工程机械动力电池液冷结构分析及温度优化

摘要:针对电动工程机械动力电池的温升发热导致温度分布不均及局部温度过高的情况,设计了动力电池组液冷散热结构的初步方案,建立了电池组液冷模型,设计不同冷却电池的管道结构,通过ANSYS Fluent对其进行温度场仿真,仿真结果表明:采用双进双出的双向液冷管道布置方式可以更好地降低电池的最高温升并将电池组的最大温差维持在5℃之内。对比不同冷却液入口流量下电池的温度分布,表明电池组的最高温度和最大温差随着冷却液流量的增加而降低。

Analysis of structure and Temperature on Liquid-Cooled of Electric Construction Machinery

Abstract:Aiming at the uneven temperature distribution and excessive local temperature caused by the heating of power batteries in electric construction machinery, this paper designs a preliminary scheme of the liquid cooling heat dissipation structure of power batteries, establishes the liquid cooling model of power batteries, designs the pipeline structure of different cooling batteries, and simulates the temperature field of power batteries by ANSYS Fluent. The simulation results show that the two-way liquid with double-in and double-out is adopted. The arrangement of cold pipes can better reduce the maximum temperature rise of batteries and maintain the maximum temperature difference of batteries within 5℃. By comparing the temperature distribution of the batteries with different coolant inlet flow rates, it is shown that the maximum temperature and the maximum temperature difference of the batteries decrease with the increase of coolant flow rate.
