乏组水下检测装置测量系统的动力学分析

摘要:在介绍某型乏组水下检测装置功能、组成和工作原理的基础上,对检测装置测量系统建立了运动学模型,通过虚功原理推导并建立测量系统自由振动和受迫简谐振动的运动微分方程,通过数值求解的方法建立了测量系统的测量误差函数,对比了几种建模方式下的误差曲线,同时对简谐振动进行了敏感性分析,得到了关键参数与测量误差的变化曲线。最后根据振动情况对组件受力进行了计算,以有限元法计算了组件的变形情况,为乏组水下检测装置测量系统的设计及改进提供了一种依据。

Dynamic Analysis of Measuring System for Underwater Detection Device of Depletion Group

Abstract:On the basis of introducing the function, composition and working principle of a certain type of underwater detection device, the kinematics model of the detection device measurement system is established. The differential equations of motion of the free vibration and forced simple harmonic vibration of the measurement system are deduced and established by the principle of virtual work. The measurement error function of the measurement system is established by numerical solution method, and the errors of several modeling methods are compared. At the same time, the sensitivity of simple harmonic vibration is analyzed, and the curves of key parameters and measurement errors are obtained. At last, the force of the component is calculated according to the vibration condition, and the deformation of the component is calculated by the finite element method, which provides a basis for the design and improvement of the measurement system of the underwater detection device.
