基于ANSYS Workbench小型切草机的静动态特征分析

摘要:为分析小型切草机的静动态特性,以其切草刀盘与机架作为研究对象,通过SolidWorks软件对小型切草机进行三维实体建模,然后将其导入ANSYS Workbench中,利用有限元法对切草刀盘和机架做静动态特征分析,以此来探究两者的应力分布与模态响应。结果表明,切草刀盘与机架的应力分布较为均匀,最大应力分别为67.42 MPa、16.134 MPa,小于相应材料的屈服强度,两者的最大变形量也相对较小;切草刀盘与机架的前6阶模态振型区间分别为237.46~585.56 Hz、93.121~214.59 Hz,没有与其固有频率发生重合,引起共振。研究结果也为后续的有限元分析和机械结构的优化设计提供了一定参考依据。

Static and Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of Small Lawn Mower Based on ANSYS Workbench

Abstract:In order to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the small mower, the grass cutter and the frame were taken as the research object, and the small mower was modeled by the SolidWorks software, and then imported into the ANSYS Workbench, using the finite element method. The static and dynamic characteristics of the cutting blade and the frame were analyzed to investigate the stress distribution and modal response of the two. The results show that the stress distribution of the cutting blade and the frame is relatively uniform, and the maximum stress is 67.42 MPa and 16.134 MPa, respectively, which is less than the yield strength of the corresponding material. The maximum deformation of the two is relatively small; the cutting blade and the machine are cut. The first 6 modes of the frame are respectively 237.46~585.56 Hz and 93.121~214.59 Hz, which do not coincide with their natural frequencies, causing resonance. The research results also provide a reference for the subsequent finite element analysis and optimization of mechanical structure.
