基于余弦机构的S形无碳小车的优化设计

摘要:为了研究绕“S”行走无碳小车的运动特性与解决方案,在基于曲柄滑块的无碳小车转向机构上进行了创新设计,提出“余弦-摆杆”机构,利用SolidWorks软件进行无碳小车建模,并对MATLAB软件迭代算法进行了优化,分析小车的微调结构及几何参数,得出了应对加工及装配误差的小车整体设计方案。优化后的无碳小车能在很大程度上实现预先的目标与需求,为无碳小车机构设计及路径模拟提供了思路,也为此后类似的设计以及调整提供了理论及实践基础。

The Optimized Design of S-Shaped Carbonless Car Based on Cosine Mechanism

Abstract:In order to study the motion characteristics and solution of the “S” tracked carbon-free car, an innovative design on the steering mechanism of the car based on the crank slide mechanism is carried out in this paper. The “cosine-pendulum mechanism” was proposed and 3D modeling was established using SolidWworks. Besides, the iterative algorithm was optimized using MATLAB to analyze the geometric parameters and the way of fine-tuning, and finally came out the design proposal of dealing with machining and assembly errors of the carbon-free car. The optimized carbon-free car can meet the requirements properly and provide a theoretical and practical basis for similar designs.
