等离子体测量方法研究现状及其发展趋势

摘要:等离子体是近年来发展的用于优化和强化燃烧的手段,在工程运用中拥有较好的发展前景。为更好的利用等离子体,需要对等离子体进行测量和分析。等离子体的测量手段目前主要有单片机光强测量、电容层析成像技术、激光测量以及常用的探针法、质谱法和光谱法。随着时代的发展和等离子体测量对工程的重要性,现阶段的等离子体测量方法略显不足。为实现对等离子体测量更高的要求,基于机器视觉系统的测量成为等离子体测量的发展趋势。

Research Status and Development Trend of Plasma Measurement Methods

Abstract:The plasma is a recently developed means for optimizing and intensifying combustion, and its excellent basic characteristics make it have a good development prospect in engineering applications. In order to make better use of plasma, it is necessary to measure and analyze the plasma. At present, the measurement methods of plasma mainly include single-chip microcomputer optical intensity measurement, capacitance tomography technology, laser measurement, as well as common probe method, mass spectrometry and spectral method. With the development of The Times, plasma measurement is of great importance to engineering, the current method of plasma measurement is slightly insufficient. In order to achieve higher requirements for plasma measurement, the measurement based on machine vision system becomes the developing trend of plasma measurement.
