升降横移立体车库钢桁架结构有限元分析

摘要:运用ANSYS建立了链条式升降横移立体车库的有限元模型,在考虑了车库自重以及对称满载的力学条件下,对车库钢桁架进行了应力和变形分析,同时为避免立体车库钢桁架在工作时出现共振现象,还在无预应力条件下对车库进行了模态分析。结果表明,钢桁架结构有足够的安全强度,验证了结构设计的合理性和可靠性。研究结果可以为后续结构优化以及同类型钢结构的设计与分析提供参考。

Finite Element Analysis of Steel Truss Structure for Lift-Sliding Stereo Garage

Abstract:The finite element model of chain-type lift-sliding stereo garage was established by ANSYS, the stress and deformation analysis of steel truss structure for the stereo garage was carried out under the consideration of the self-weight of the garage and the symmetric full-load condition. At the same time, the none pre-stress modal analysis of the stereo garage frame was carried out for avoiding resonance when it works. The results show that the steel truss structure of stereo garage has enough safe intensity to verify the rationality and reliability of the structural design. The research results can be used as a reference for subsequent structural optimization of stereo garage and the design analysis of the same type steel structure.
