基于S型无碳小车空间曲柄摇杆的数学模型和参数分析设计

摘要:基于S型无碳小车的整车设计,采用空间曲柄摇杆机构作为无碳小车的转向机构,并对无碳小车的重心分布进行分析。通过建立数学模型,进行理论计算,研究得出空间曲柄摇杆与转角之间的关系。为提高轨迹的对称性,进一步分析并探讨参数变化对轨迹的影响,得到当曲柄和摇杆长度满足一定条件时,可减小机构急回特性对轨迹的影响。另外,为解决无碳小车无法启动的问题,针对小车的整体与局部进行力学分析,计算求得重心分布的最优区间取值,大大减少启动困难的问题。

Mathematical Model and Parameter Analysis on Spatial Crank Rocker of Carbon-Free Car Based on S-type

Abstract:Based on the complete car design of "s" type carbon-free car, we adopt the spatial crank and rocker mechanism as the steering mechanism of the carbon-free car, and analyze the center of gravity distribution of the carbon-free car .By establishing mathematical model and carrying out theoretical calculation, the relationship between spatial crank and rocker is studied. In order to improve the symmetry of the trajectory, the influence of parameter changes on the trajectory is further analyzed and discussed. It is concluded that when the length of crank and rocker meets certain conditions, the influence of the mechanism's jerk characteristics on the trajectory can be reduced. In addition, the mechanical analysis is carried out on the whole and part of the car to solve the problem that the car without carbon cannot start successfully, and the optimal interval value of the distribution of center of gravity is calculated, which greatly reduces the problem of starting difficulty.
