关节臂在光热项目摇摆支架测量中的应用

摘要：承制的光热项目上关键零部件摇摆支架技术复杂，主要体现在形位公差和空间尺寸精度要求高、待测参数多、工件数量庞大。运用传统测量手段和固定式三坐标机都无法兼顾测量的准确性和效率。介绍了关节臂式测量机的结构原理，分析比较了关节臂式测量机与固定式三坐标测量机以及常规测量手段在测量精度、测量效率、测量便捷性三个方面的区别。应用关节臂式测量机测量光热项目摇摆支架尺寸偏差、平行度、垂直度、对称度等形位公差。重点介绍了测量过程中采样方式和采样注意事项，并通过建立测量模板达到快速测量的目的。

Application of Joint Arm in Solar-Thermal Power Project Boomerang Measurement

Abstract：Boomerang is an important component of Solar-Thermal Power project manufactured by our company which complex technical requirements, It’s mainly reflected in geometrical tolerance and high dimensional accuracy ,measured parameters and parts are in large number. The accuracy and efficiency of measurement cannot be taken into account by using traditional measuring methods and coordinate measuring machine. Introduced the structure principle of the joint arm coordinate measuring machine，The differences between the joint arm measuring machine and the fixed coordinate measuring machine and the traditional measuring methods in three aspects of measuring accuracy, measuring efficiency and measuring convenience are analyzed and compared, solar-thermal power project boomerang dimensional deviation、depth of parallelism、perpendicularity、degree of symmetry and other geometric tolerance was measured by using the joint arm coordinate measuring machine. The sampling methods and matters needing attention in the process of measurement are emphatically introduced. and through the establishment of the measurement template to achieve the purpose of rapid measurement.
