加压转鼓过滤机滤叶的有限元分析及结构优化

摘要:PTA生产工艺中加压转鼓过滤机的滤叶有一面属于多孔结构,在较高压力情况下可能存在应力超标的问题。对滤叶进行有限元分析,重点研究不同结构设计下滤叶的强度和变形问题。针对多孔结构的应力集中问题采取应力线性化方法。通过结构静力学分析分析滤叶在无支撑筋板和有支撑筋板(六种不同间距)情况的强度和变形,通过二维模型模拟优化,验证了初选方案的合理性。研究发现,在滤叶厚度一定的情况下,通过在过滤腔内部增设支撑筋板可以有效改善滤叶的应力和变形情况,发现在七种结构中,支撑筋板间距42.5 mm时,滤叶的应力和变形情况达到最小,满足了应力强度要求和变形要求。

Finite Element Analysis and Structural Optimization of the Filter Leaf in Pressurized Drum Filter

Abstract:In the PTA production process, one side of the filter leaf of the pressurized drum filter is porous, which may bring excessive stress at high pressure. In this paper, the finite element analysis of the filter leaf is carried out, and the intensity and deformation of the filter leaf of different structural designs are mainly studied. And the stress linearization method is adopted for the stress concentration problem of porous structures. Through the structural static analysis, the intensity and deformation of the filter leaf with and without supporting ribs (six different spacings) are analyzed, and the rationality of the primary scheme is verified by two-dimensional model simulation and optimization. It is found that the stress and deformation of the filter leaf can be effectively improved by adding supporting ribs to the filter cavity when the thickness of the filter leaf is constant, and the stress and deformation of the filter leaf are minimized when the spacing is 42.5 mm, which meets the requirements for stress intensity and deformation.
