基于ANSYS WorkBench的水轮机进水蝶阀的结构分析与优化

摘要:建立水轮机进水蝶阀三维模型,利用ANSYS WorkBench对其结构强度及抗震能力进行了仿真分析。分析结果给出了水轮机进水蝶阀在试水实验下的形变和正常工作压力下的地震响应位移。对阀轴进行结构优化改进,改进后阀轴重量大幅降低、装配难度大大减少以及阀轴制造材料的耗费也大大减少。针对蝶板受力状态下最大形变量位置周围的主要部件的形状及特征进行优化改进,达到了减少蝶板形变量和增强蝶板稳定性的目的。优化前后阀门整体形变明显降低,增强了蝶阀的可靠性。

Abstract:Establishing a three-dimensional model of turbine inlet butterfly valve, The structural strength and seismic capacity of the ANSYS WorkBench were simulated and analyzed. The analysis results show the deformation of the turbine inlet butterfly valve under the test water test and the seismic response displacement under normal working pressure.Structural optimization and improvement of the valve shaft, the weight of the improved valve shaft is greatly reduced, the assembly difficulty is greatly reduced, and the consumption of the valve shaft manufacturing material is also greatly reduced. The shape and characteristics of the main components around the maximum shape variable position of the butterfly plate are optimized and improved, and the purpose of reducing the butterfly shape variable and enhancing the stability of the butterfly plate is achieved. The overall deformation of the valve is significantly reduced before and after optimization, which enhances the reliability of the butterfly valve.
