树脂矿物复合材料浇铸机床床身变形分析

摘要:利用CAD软件建立树脂矿物复合机床的三维模型,并采用有限元仿真软件ANSYS对现有的机床结构进行有限元仿真模拟,通过分析其总体模态数据、力学性能和阻尼性能等结果,分析了两种材料机床床身各级固有频率与固有振型。通过仿真结果验证了树脂矿物复合材料其静态与动态性能都明显高于传统铸铁材料,表明了其材作为一种新型材料作为机床床身来提高机床的抗振性。为树脂矿物复合材料在机床基础件制造中的应用提供了理论与试验依据。

Deformation Analysis of Machine Tool Bed Cast with Resin Mineral Composite

Abstract:The three-dimensional model of resin mineral compound machine tool is established by CAD software, and the finite element simulation software ANSYS is used to simulate the existing machine tool structure. By analyzing the overall modal data, mechanical properties and damping properties, the natural frequencies and natural vibration modes at all levels of two kinds of machine tool beds which are made of different materials are analyzed. The simulation results show that the static and dynamic properties of the resin mineral composite material are significantly higher than that of the traditional cast iron material, which shows that the material as a new material can improve the vibration resistance of the machine tool. It provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the application of resin mineral composite in the manufacture of machine tool base parts.
