高速动车组踏面与不同钢轨匹配关系研究

摘要:针对我国高速动车组LMA踏面,研究其与我国常用钢轨廓形CHN60和CHN60N(1:40轨底坡)、欧洲廓形UIC60E1(1:40轨底坡)以及俄罗斯廓形P65(1:20轨底坡)的匹配关系。首先对比了这四种廓形几何差异,分析了LMA与这四种钢轨廓形匹配时的轮轨接触点分布,计算相应的等效锥度。然后,建立了整车多体动力学模型,分析了LMA与四种钢轨廓形匹配时对车辆动力学性能的影响。分析结果表明:LMA踏面与CHN60匹配时,接触点分布均匀,等效锥度为0.038;与CHN60N匹配时,存在接触点会跳跃的情况,等效锥度略有下降;而当LMA与UIC60E1 、P65匹配时,接触点分布集中,接触带宽小,等效锥度最低,仅为约0.025。从动力学对比的结果来看,当LMA与UIC60E1 、P65匹配时,容易引起一次蛇行现象,使得车辆的临界速度下降,横向平稳性恶化,且相比于我国的常用钢轨廓形,它们的曲线通过安全性较差。建议通过优化踏面外形,一方面需增大与钢轨的接触带宽,改善过于集中带来的凹型磨耗,另一方面需增大等效锥度,避免一次蛇行现象,以此较好地适应欧洲和俄罗斯钢轨廓形。

Study of Matching Relationship of Wheel Tread on High Speed Train with Different Rail Profiles

Abstract:Aiming at the LMA wheel tread of high-speed EMUs in China, the matching relationship between the LMA tread and China’s common rail profiles CHN60 and CHN60N (1:40 rail slope), European profile UIC60E1 (1:20 rail slope) and Russian profile P65 (1:20 rail slope) is studied. At first, the geometrical differences of these four rail profiles are compared, and the wheel-rail contact points distribution when LMA matches these four profiles is analyzed, and the corresponding equivalent conicityis calculated. Then, the multi-body dynamic model of the vehicle is established, and the influence of LMA matching with four rail profiles on the vehicle dynamic performance is analyzed. The results suggest that when the LMA tread matches CHN60, the contact point distribution is uniform, and the equivalent conicity is 0.038; when matches CHN60N, the contact point will jump and the equivalent conicity decreases slightly; as for UIC60E1 and P65, the contact point distribution is concentrated, the contact bandwidth is small, and the equivalent conicityis the lowest, which is only about 0.025.From the view of dynamic behavior, when LMA matches UIC60E1 and P65, it is easy to cause carbody hunting instability phenomenon, which reduces the critical speed of the vehicle and deteriorates the lateral sperling index. Moreover, compared with the rail profiles in China, the curve passing safety of UIC60E1 and P65 is worse. In order to better adapt to the rail profiles in Europe and Russia, it is suggested to optimize the tread profile, on the one hand, the contact bandwidth between rail and rail need be increased to eliminate the concave wear caused by excessive concentration, on the other hand, the equivalent conicity should be increased to avoid the carbody hunting phenomenon.
