基于TRIZ理论的垃圾清运车模块化设计研究

摘要:目的:在垃圾分类投放的情况下,为提升垃圾清运车的运输效率和处理垃圾的能力,满足垃圾分类回收的运输需求。方法:在原有垃圾清运车的基础上,通过对产品实际需求分析和实际使用情况调查,根据实际使用需求进行功能模块划分,划分为装载模块、粉碎模块和压缩模块三个主要功能模块;发现产品设计过程中的问题并分析和定义问题,转化为解决问题的标准模式,根据矛盾的本质运用TRIZ相关理论,对矛盾冲突逐一解决。结果:结合TRIZ和模块化设计理论找出一种适合垃圾清运车设计的产品创新设计方法,提高了垃圾清运过程中的自动化水平,满足了垃圾清运的多样化运输需求,有利于垃圾回收的资源化利用。结论:构建了基于TRIZ的产品模块化创新设计流程模型,提高了设计水准,并为模块化设计中解决问题提供了创新思路。

Modular Design of Garbage Truck Based on TRIZ Theory

Abstract:This paper aims to improve both the transport efficiency of garbage truck and waste disposal capacity  and to meet the transport needs of waste recycling after sorting. On the basis of the original garbage truck, in combination of TRIZ and modular design theory, the paper comes up with an innovation design method suitable to garbage truck. Through analysis of the products and survey of the actual use, the function modular is divided into loading module, crushing module and compression module. By conversion of these problems into 39 engineering parameters, it settles these contradictions one by one with the reference of Contradiction Matrix, with more than 40 Inventive Principles, as well as physical contradiction solutions. This design improves the automation level during garbage process, meets the demands of diversified transportation, and also promotes the waste reutilization. The product modular innovation design process model based on TRIZ theory improves the design efficiency and the design quality and provides innovative ideas for solving problems in modular design.
