基于OptiStruct拓扑优化的尿素罐支架设计

摘要:针对某轻卡汽车的尿素罐支架,本文在HyperMesh中建立了三种工况下的拓扑优化模型,并利用OptiStruct进行优化求解计算,得到了尿素罐支架的最佳材料分布路径。根据拓扑优化结果,在原模型的基础上进行了轻量化设计,并在相同工况下重新进行静力学分析。结果表明新设计的尿素罐支架在保证结构性能要求的前提下降重明显,对类似的钣金盒子结构的设计具有极大的指导作用。

Bracket Design of Urea Tank Based on OptiStruct Topology Optimization

Abstract:For the design of urea tank bracket of a light truck, this paper establishes the topological optimization model under three working conditions in HyperMesh. The optimal material distribution path of urea tank bracket is obtained by applying Optistruct for optimization and calculation. According to the results of topology optimization, the lightweight design is conducted on the basis of the original model. The statics analysis is carried out again under the same working conditions. The results show that the newly designed urea tank bracket can significantly reduce the weight on the premise of ensuring the structural performance requirements. It also provides useful reference to the design of similar sheet metal box structure.
